This townhome in Kits is a real gem. The first thing we tackled on this project is the conversion of their basement to a climate-controlled cellar to store and display their wine collection. Hand carved beams, stone details, seating room, and a kitchenette for serving makes this a perfect spot for entertaining.
The kitchen boasts improved sightlines, allowing the incorporation of a powder room as well as maximizing storage. Beam and stone elements make the space feel truly unique, and the kitchen island with its double-height fixture is a favourite of the clients. The Kalista faucet, glass backsplash and James R. Moder chandelier are the jewels of this kitchen.
